Our French manufacturing

Always made in France

Since our creation in 2007, the design and manufacture of our self-supporting flexible tanks have been entirely French. Faced with the pressure to relocate, we are making the resolute choice to produce entirely on French soil, in the heart of the Centre-Val de Loire region. This decision demonstrates our willingness to assume our social responsibility and our commitment to local employment.

After several relocations linked to sustained growth, we have established our base in Amboise, a region renowned for its industrial dynamism. All our flexible tanks are manufactured on site, without exception:

  • The fabric widths are carefully cut and welded.

  • The spigots are made with precision.

  • Accessories are assembled and some pre-assembled on our site to ensure a perfect seal when filling and emptying the tanks.

  • Even the packaging of the tanks is rigorously carried out on our premises.

Citerneo flexible tanks have the Origine France Garantie certification

CITERNEO is proud to have obtained the “Origine France Garantie” certification for its flexible tanks in April 2021. This recognition highlights our commitment to French manufacturing. Every step, from cutting the fabric to final packaging, takes place entirely in France, in Amboise. Most of our raw materials and accessories come from French companies, often located just a few miles from our premises.

We are the first and only manufacturer of flexible tanks to obtain this certification. Each year, we commit to maintaining our Origine France Garantie certification by submitting our tanks to rigorous audits. This label, combined with our ISO 9001 and QB09 (Fire Reserves) certifications, demonstrates our commitment to innovative products that serve the environment.
